By using this website, purchasing artwork, or registering for workshops, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized access or misuse of the site is prohibited.

2. Products & Services

We sell original artwork, prints, and host workshops. Descriptions and prices may change without notice. Colors may differ slightly due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payments

Prices are in DKK (Danish Krone) and include applicable taxes (25% VAT). Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Denmark. Delivery times and costs vary. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless items are damaged or incorrect. Notify us within 7 days of delivery at gokce@gokceart.com with relevant details. No refunds for workshops 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop unless canceled by us.

6. Workshop Participation

By registering, you agree to provide accurate info, participate respectfully, and follow the given instructions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. As workshops require 2 days of preparation, we charge the full price if the participant wants to cancel within 48 hours prior to the workshop. We are not liable for damages on personal belongings during the workshops.

7. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Gokce Art (Gokce Tercioglu). Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages resulting from your use of the site or services.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to its terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts.
